Hello, I have a question about my blackberry. I have At&T and i had a LG VU. Last night i went out and bought a blackberry 8820 Smartphone from a friend of mine. I put my sim card in and everything works except i cannot compose text messages but i am able to recieve them. I tried wiping the phone and everything and it still does not work. Do you think that the phone is still programed to my friends phone? Help! Please

You need to call AT&T and ask them to change your data and text plan to a Blackberry plan. You can almost interchange any microsoft smartphone and pda but not between iphone, blackberry and Windows Mobile device. Hope this helps.
