I have a Canon Pixima iP1600 printer...It will print a picture, but not a Word doc. I have deleted and reloaded the software three times to still no avail. When I print a pattern check, all the colors show up, and the black/shades of grey, but the black bars on top do not print. any ideas why it's not working. I have don nozzel cleaning, and all maintenance procedures, too Thank you for any help you may be able to provide...Marsha
