the Xbox 360 has got its first ring (one quter red)and it has in bold writing E 74 do you know what this means and how to solve this?

The E74 error happens because the scaler chip burns out which deals with the display to fix it all you need to do is stop the heat build up, you can do this yourself or send it in for repair
