in doing that i screwed something up. the original phone could connect to the device but i couldnt hear anything when i tried to make a call and so i deleted the device from the original phone and tried to pair it again but the phone only finds a device that is name unknown and when it tries to pair it says "failed to pair." and now I can't even get the headset to pair with my other phone, it wont even get to the point to enter the passcode. please i need help, the headset isnt even mine its my sisters lol

I have the same problem

I'm all paired up. I followed the directions. It show that I'm paired and still nothing when I make or receive calls.

With the H700 BT headsets the pairing mode is different from other BT headsets. to put it in pairing mode you first hold the talk button on the headset until the purple light comes on.Right after the purple light comes on you have to flip open the headset for it to stay in pairing mode. From there you continue through the phone. It will ask for a password; that will be "0000". then connect.
