ok so my ipod changes from saying the apple support icon, and regular menu..i tried restoring it but it didnt do anything, now its not shoing up on itunes but my computer reconizes it?

go to google and type in ipod wizard, click the first option this will bring you to a page where you can download repair software, this comes with instructions that show you how to fix the problem
