I would suggest a firware update may solve this problem.
Your music files are not affected by a firware update.
This update is for all size GB vibes.
You can go to this Philips website and download the latest firware and softwear available for your MP3 player SA1VBEO4 Go Gear vibe.

Hi, simply connect it to your computer via the USB cable provided, then on my computer there should be a drive for your mp3 player, after this you can drag and drop songs in to the mp3 player. Hope this helps Muzzi_123
The simplest way to transfer songs is to use this software called sharepod. It is far more simple than iTunes and all you need is to install this software, run it and drag and drop the songs and videos into the iPOD. Click here to download SharePOD
Three possibilities: 1) your music service subscription expired (or the license on your songs expired) - solution: update them 2) You switched from msd to mtp mode - solution: switch to AUTO 3) Your DB has been corrupt - solution: update the firmware from the manufacturer's website, or format the player - see my help file on this under my profile
read licenses carefully before you pay for any downloads
FROM SPIRALFROG FAQ's:
that our music files only play if you continue to renew your monthly
membership at SpiralFrog. If you renew every 30 days, all the music you
download from SpiralFrog is good to go – however, you need to sync your
portable devices every month as well in order to update the licenses on
the songs you’ve transferred so they’ll play as well.
It would help to have a manaufacturer/model number, but most likely you downloaded a sample version of the song rather than the entire song. Alternatively, you could have a music service that forces you to buy the song to play the entire thing. Change music services or double-check to make sure you are downloading the full verison.
