My presario c500 keeps asking me to register every time I reboot. I've filled it out a dozen times, but the request keeps coming back. Got any ideas?

you can check your startup processes or programs by holding the windows key on your keyboard and the 'r' key. type in msconfig and press enter. go to the tab that says "start up"...there may be something in there that says "reminder app" or something similar. Just uncheck that option and click apply and ok. hope this helps
