My packard bell i media 5075 is giving me a proplem that happens a lot when you turn it on it does nothing but comes up with packard bell logo but if you tap the cpu fan and try again it will work it is realy enying cus a lot of the time it crashes please could some one tell me what is wrong with it.

- Well the fan works fine i cleaned it and the heat sink but it still is there sometimes when you turn it on the fan starts and on the screen comes up with packard bell logo and then is does nothing the hard drive dosent work nothing dose but when i move or push on the heat sink and fan and restart it works. i think it is the prosesor or something. also it crashes a lot.Solution #1

look you must tell me more about your fan is it clean or not does it make any noise when it works or does it work normally when you do this does you computer works without any problems i mean is it slow does it shut down when any overload happens on it i need more details
