Try this: replace your batteries, be sure the terminals are clean. Then, with the computer running, reset your connection with the push buttons on both the receiver and mouse.

How to set time on a logitech keyboard

  • Place the CD that came with the Logitech keyboard into your computer's CD drive. Allow the computer several seconds to load the contents of the disc.
  • Step 2 Follow the pop-up on-screen instructions to install the keyboard's set drivers.
  • Step 3 Plug the keyboard into the computer.
  • Step 4 Navigate to "Control Panel" in the "Start" menu of Windows. Then double-click on the "Keyboard" icon.
  • Step 5 Click on the "Buttons" tab in the keyboard window. This will take you to a screen where you can set the functions of custom buttons on the keyboard.
  • Step 6 Click on each button setting and use the on-screen options to set functions for each of them. Also, if desired, set custom functions for the "F1" through "F12" keys and others.

My logitech key board is not working

Hi, Which model do you have ? What is the problem ? What is your set point version ? What is your OS ? Please be more specific
Please use the connect utility to re-sync after battery swap or unexpected disconnection :
    ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/
Then depend which version of set point you are using, I recommend you to upgrade to set point 6 setpoint600.exe 23.7 MB 25/02/2010 13:48:00
Then start menu -> Logitech -> Mouse and keyboard -> connect utility
If it does not work check in device manager, what do you have ? If there is any errors/flag then apply the following:
Please uninstall any Set point version present on your OS - Then please proceed to clean boot. -> Unplug any USB devices connected to the computer ( Less keyboard + mouse ) If you have a corded keyboard + mouse please use it rather than a cordless device. -> Go to device manager -> Delete all the USB HOST CONTROLLER -- All of them -- -> The host controller might reinstall them itslef, let the computer handle the reinstallation -> If the computer does not reinstall the host controllers, trigger the detection using the DM function " Scan for new hardware " ( The computer with magnifier icon ) -> Once reinstalled, clean boot -> Reinstall the software, plug the hardware when needed. -> Should work.
If a device as been previously flagged with error, it will redetect the device without the flag, unless there is some serious issue with the hardware/OS
If the problem persist, swap computer and try, if it does not solve then contact customer service for replacement
Thanks and have a nice day Julien

    Mx3200 keyboard

I had exactly the same problem - ie Logitech MX3000 keyboard with remote mouse and only the "F mode" key and few others seemed to work around the top of the keyboard, but I don't think I had the SetPoint software. So I found it and downloaded it (www.logitech.com/setpoint).

As soon as it was installed I was asked to secure the keyboard by pressing ctrl alt and F12 and then I had to type in a 16 digit code (given on screen) and then my keyboard started working again.

I didn't have a spare keyboard so I used the on-screen keyboard (Start - All Programs - Accessories - Ease of Access - On-Screen Keyboard).
