Problem for Palm Treo 500 Centro
I have a palm centro how do u hard reset or whatever it is?
I have a palm centro that someone says needs a hard start or reset, I have no Idea, no manual, or any way to figure out how it's done, and if I do it I will loose all contacts etc. right? I will only have the data on my sim card right or do I need to remove it first, any help will be appreciated, It is my daughters and the earth stops rotating when her phone doesn't work! :-)

Hi.
If you do a hard or soft reset you'll loose the data on the phone but not the sim.

Refer to pages 225 for reset instructions..
