Here is a link to your driver. You will have to register (it's free) You're allowed a limited amount of driver downloads from this site. I checked and they list your driver. Like any web site watch where you click. You only want the driver not scanning software, etc...

I have a VEO web personal camera, I lost the installation cd.

1st You download Webcam Driver. Veo Web Personal Cam Driver After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver

Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager then
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

I need the drivers for VEO web cam.

1st You download Webcam Driver. Veo Free Driver Webcam After this install the webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver

Go to the control panel
