try advancing the timer with a staight blade screw driver turn it slowly till it clicks and see if it goes into defrost,if so you have a bad timer,open freezer door do you hear the fan blowing,if not you could have a bad evap fan motor,is there ice or snow on back freezer wall,if so you have a defrost problem,timer,t-stat heater or fan motor you need a meter to read them out to see what is bad next time send model number

water leaks inside,cant seem to locate drain. Water freezes in bottom of freezer,then runs down to the bottom of frig. I SEE a drain in the back right of bottom of frig but it sits up like a knob with plugged holes.Underneath where the pan is thier are 2 tubes 1 big & 1smaller,I think this goes to the freezer cant locate please send help Thanks

The ice maker was not shut off for 2 months and freezer was frozen in all vents. When all thawed and dried we turned the refrig on again. Water formed in refrigerator and vents in refigerator started to freeze. Water was in freezer which froze in puddles and in vents again. We think the "defrost" function is not working.
