Canon i960 prints yellow or green. No magenta on nozzle test.

Colors print as yellow or green. Hearts that should be red print as yellow. Magenta shows blank on the nozzle test. Several cleanings and one deep cleaning have not solved the problem. The ink cartridges have sufficient ink.
