Gateway Internal 32x CD-ROM Drive

CD-ROM won't read discs

My CD drive is no longer recognising discs which I put into it -either audio or software .The CD is recognised by Windows and Device Manager does not show any problems . My Computer is a Gateway G6-350
I have the same problem
This Problem has been added to the Share Your Expertise Page under "My Work Queue".

there is no problem with the system. only you need to clean the lens using CD/DVD cleaner.
