1. Belt (see if it is loosen) if the motor wheel is turning and not the belt, tighten it a little bit just enough to turn the wheel
2. Capacitor and bearing/bushing (check this if you turn it on the machine and you heard it just humming but not turning), if this is the cause, bring it to a technician and have it replace
