The hose on the top of the pull out wand has tore apart and the wand can no longer be used. The design is poor as the metal wand is stored in the spiral suction hose when not in use. So it is pulled out and pushed in many times during vacuuming. Can the hose be replaced by me or do I have to have it replaced? (this problem will continue to occur due to design flaw.)
