Problem for Maytag MZD2766GES Side by Side Refrigerator
Ice is forming on the bottom of the freezer side

Ice is forming on the bottom of the freezer side of my MAYTAG MZD2766GE SIDE BY SIDE and water is leaking out of the bottom onto the floor. This happened before and the repair guy said it was a drain problem. He replaced a part (about a year ago) and spent alot of time drying things out with a hairdryer. Is there anything I can do rather than calling him again and having to pay $90.

unplug unit and let sit overnight, the return air ducts are icing up, if you help the defrost process it will take a couple of hours, use your hairdryer to blow warm air in the freezer compartment for a couple of hours , good luck
