Power up the pc and see if the fans are working.

There is a hardware problem connection, if you can access the ram memory try to remove it and clean (you can clean the connection by an pencil eraser) and put it back again then turn it on, If still there then think if you have installed any new hardware? try to remove it and put back the old one, but if not then you better bring it to a technician, the loud beeping noise is cause by fault hardware installation, or hardware failed
