You can try some proxy site.
http://proxy.org/ has list of many working proxies.

You don't. The Administrator of the company computers has internet access set to block certain websites.
You can't access Administrator level settings, therefore you cannot change them.
Should you somehow change them, the IT department will catch it in no time.
