Question about SanDisk Sansa c200 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Double Songs? A few of the songs on my e260 are doubled, even though there is only one file when I check them on the computer. Also, it won't let you change the ratings of the doubled songs. The USB mode I use is MSC. Any suggestions for deleting the doubles? When I go to "removable disk E" on my PC, It doesn't show the doubles, but when I listen to it, there is a double. It gets very annoying! :{

Double Songs

Your device has 2 modes, if you transfer music in one mode, it is not visible in the other.

You need to select 1 mode Settings>Mode or USB Mode>MSC or MTP.

Connect the device to your PC. Open the device under My Computer and delete all the music.

Change the mode back to the other one and keep this as your permanent setting.

You will not see duplicates anymore.

Best of Luck.
