Question about Dacor Epicure ERD30 Dual Fuel (Electric and Gas) Kitchen Range
How do you adjust the air to get burners to burn blue?
I have a G.E. natural gas cook top. All 4 burners have a lot of yellow flame all of a sudden. Is there an adjustment for this I could make? Please explain the best you can.

Are you using propane or natural gas?if propane you need to clean the burner real good.propane burns very dirty and the soot clogs the burner.if natural gas is used look on the end of the burner, youll see an air shutter all you do is turn the shutter to increase or decrease the air flow.

Sometimes when you cook and the pot overflows or particles get into the ports-Take a thin stiff wire or use a paper clip and slide it into each flame port a few times each then take a vacuum with a wand and suck particles out while tapping lightly on burner
