What are you trying to clean? De-scale machine? K-cup holder? Remove k-cup holder, very gently, and remove coffee grounds in grooves or chambers where the door latches. If you are de-scaling, use citric acid or a produce called De-scale and mix thourghly with water until powder is dissolved and then pour into reservoir. Press largest brew settings to run powder through the machine. Rinse with another full reservoir in the same way. Do not use a water high in calcium since it will shorten the life of the machine when making coffee.

1 yr old b60 model all of a sudden will not brew after it has drawn extra water from the resevoir and therefore sits in a stuck idle condition. Have taken all user accessable parts meant to be cleaned apart, and washed thoroughly as per Keurig's instructions. After placing all parts back in order problem persists. The only way to clear the frozen display is to unplug and plug unit back in, however the next time you try to brew problem reoccurs.
