Problem for Canon PowerShot A700 Digital Camera
LOW BATTERY SIGNAL KEEPS FLASHING

My Canon A700 has always worked pefectly, lately however the red low battery signal keeps flashing even after changing the batteries. I can take close to 350 pics with the battery signal constantly flashing. When the batteries do actually ware out I get a message in text at the bottom of my screen. Anyone know how to cancel the red flashing battery symbol.
