my tower on my pc has no sign of wanting any internet connection. we used the recovery disk to clean the whole thing so its like brand new. but it must of erased the hardrive . what should i do?

Why did you use a shotgun to kill a mosquito? There are many easier ways of getting a network connection. I would have to write a book to tell you what to do now. Are you running on a cable modem? Are you using the boards built in Ethernet? From here we can get you on the internet.

The disk you used should have all the files (drivers) and such you had when you got the computer. Until these files are put in place, and data restored, you will likely have no internet access.
