Tv will not turn on . red light blinks 2 times pause then 2 times
The first thing to do is try plugging it directly to AC power other than a surge protector if you have one. Unplug it for 30 seconds to a minute or more, then plug it into the wall directly and attempt to power it on.
Also, this can happen if you are using a source signal connected through HDMI, as HDMI must autheticate with the television ever two seconds.

Have a tech replace the D board 1st if that doesn't solve the problem replace the P board 2nd. both of these boards require authorization to order so an authorized panasonic repair must do this repair.
