When i turned on my player, it didn't open so I thought the battery is low. Then I tried charging it in my PC but the computer detected a new hardware. When I play the "Touch The Music.ogg" (one of the default file in my player), it won't play. But the other mp3s are okay.
every time I connect my RCA mp3 player to my usb port, my computer goes into autoplay? and then when I check in my computer there are two locations created F and G. Before F was the only one that would show up now there is another removable disk location and that is G. When I click on the G it tells me to add the removable device and when I click on F removable drive my computer just jams up and goes into autoplay looking for files. I have to end up crtl alt delete to get out of there. I don't know whats gone wrong?
MY MP3 PLAYER SAYS THAT MY FILE HAS BEEN CORRUPTED. AND BEFORE THAT IT SAYS SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY PORTS.

i am having the same problem with mine. what you should do is just replace it. The devise has not restart button like some of the other mp3s have so there are files that are corrupted that will not let it run in your computer. If it had a restart button on it you could have erased all of the files from it and started over but it has none so best thing to do is replace it.
