Question about Sharp Aquos LC-PD50U 50 in. Plasma Television
I am writing about a 50 inch Sharp plasma television from around the year 2000. Generally there is a red light glowing even when the television is off but this is no longer the case and it will not turn on. My first thought is maybe it's the power supply but I really have no idea. This is a nice, yet older tv and I'm wondering if it's worth fixing; I think a repair center might cost anywhere from $150 to $300 in labor plus parts maybe around $500 all said and done?
I have just had this same problem. Did it tuurn out to be a power supply or the fuse?
