When trying to scan, I encounter an err...
When trying to scan, I encounter an error code: 2,178,0 and message "Scanner driver will be closed". The lamp is lit but scanning cycle aborts before light can move thru it's scan cycle. I don't know if the lamp is somehow an issue. I have reinstalled the scanner with a recently downloaded driver; Windows shows "device working properly". Scanner worked fine for over 2 years before this started.
