my 7310 printer tells me it has an alignment failure. I have turned machine on and off. Done the printer service features and it is not better. Any ideas?
Hi,
1.u can uninstall the cartridges
2.take the power cable out from the back of the printer
3.press and hold "#" & "6" key while the power cable is out
4.while pressing both the keys plug the power cable in and try to connect the printer directly to wall outlet
5.release both the keys, u will see ur printer will turn on automatically, if it does not press the power botton and turn it on , then it ask for the language press 11
6.ur printer will start making noise so do not worry abt that and it will ask for the cartridges,
7.install the cartridges
8.when u get ur normal screen of the printer then check the performance
