My printer will not print. I am getting a message

u can 1.uninstall the cartridges
2.unplug the power cable from the back of ur printer
3.press and hold "#" & "6" from the front pannel of ur printer, while the power cable is unpluged
4.while pressing the two keys plug the power cable
5.instead the power cable connected to a serge protector try to conncet it directly to the wall outlet
6.when u plug the power cable u will see that the printer is turning on automatically[if it does not turn on try to press the power botton]
7.then release both the keys
8.ur printr will make some noise so do not worry abt that
9.it will ask u to install the cartidges
10.install those cartridges and when u get the normal screen check the performance
