Question about Symphonic ST419E TV
I have bougth a symphonic hd tv i have a problem with the screen for some reason i have two black line on the side it soppused to be a 32 inch plasma but all icould see is like a 20 inch screen is there anything i need any cables to expand screen

Go to Radio Shack and get an universal remote control, mine is a Phillips Universal and just program it to your tv. It has a tv/vcr input to let you switch to the right "input"/channel.

you should purchase a remote for your set to remove system OSD from showing. If you want I can post you one that is exactly matchable to your TV set.

This could be a capacitor if your lucky but can also be the horizontal transistor. The repair could cost you between 60$ and 150$
My opinion; it's not worth it.

SOURCE: I have a Symphonic 32
the dives or guns are out of balance. either the blue and green circuits are weak or the red drive is maxed out. when picture tubes are getting old, this normally occurs.
another thought is that the tint is incorrect and saturated. what is the picture quality details?
