V600 wont connect via usb data cable to pc where

There are two ways to transfer your photos from phone to pc, either by blutooth or via usb data cable.

These two means of transferring files will need special software installed in your computer in order to make a connection between mobile phone and computer. The list below are softwares that you may install in your computer to get access with the files on your mobile phone.

basicly you need the data cable and the motorola software. you can most likely buy the software at the sametime when you buy the cable from the shop. if not its also available online.

Download first a PC Suite software in your computer. This software will let you access the system of your phone. In this software you can transfer files, videos, audios to your phone from computer and vice-versa.

Once the software is installed in your computer, run it.. connect your phone via usb data cable...search your phone by connection and Connect.

You didn.t mention if you have the software installed that is needed to access the phone via usb cable. Motorolla,.LG, Nokia and all the phones I have dealt with use their own proprietary software usually available from their respective web sites. The USB cable won't work without the phones software.

You need the USB driver for your phone as well as Motorola Phone Tools software or if trying to access the SD card like a jump drive so into menu and set USB modem to Memory from Fax

Could you able to access any data of Motorola V220 to computer, if not, then It may be some driver conflict:

It may be the case where no software installed to use your mobile on PC, in that case you need Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools

try downloading the motorola usb drivers and installing them.
i would try that first.

you could also get motrola phone tools software which comes with the drivers and can transfer the photos from your phone
