YES common fault you need new lamp located behind cover on side or front the front one is a little harder to get to if you have book shows you how.
The model number will be on old lamp look at lamp will be white or blown WHEN GET NEW LAMP DONT TUCH GLASS after replaced pic and sound will be ok
