No is the simple answer, it is as result of doing too many low temp washes, the bacteria is building up on the door seal.
You must do a high temp wash with powder, but no clothes, at least 5-6 times a year, it is called a maintenance wash, and all manufactures recommened you do this.
Clean the seal as best you can, you will not get all the marks of, as it is ingrained into the rubber.
