hi.
my notebook cannot use the latest version of yahoo messenger, even the 9.0 ver. every time i try to open, the message was popup says 'yahoo meesenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience. can you help me on this? thank you.

Hi,
Common problem with yahoo. First, if you might have installed Yahoo Messenger, you need to Uninstall.The generic procedure to Uninstall is :-
Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program > Select Yahoo Messenger.
Once done, restart the system. Download the yahoo messenger from :-
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Chat/Instant-Messaging/Yahoo-Messenger.shtml
Once downloaded and installed, again restart the PC and enjoy!!
