Yes, there is a thermal fuse (also known as a bi-metal) located behind the operator console. The part number for the replacement is W10258275. You can view an illustration at pcappliancerepair.com. It sells for about $15.
NOTE: The thermal fuse usually blows for a reason, but they can fail on their own too. If the fuse blows again following replacement, you may have a malfunction somewhere that you will need to isolate to determine the cause. There is usually a technical data sheet included with the appliance behind the lower toe panel under the door that inlcudes all troubleshooting information, diagnostics and wiring diagrams.
If you need to view a diagram of your dishwasher, enter your model number at the website mentioned for some excellent exploded view illustrations. The thermal fuse is listed as item 6 under the "Control Panel Parts" heading.

my Kitchenaid KUDS02FRSS dishwasher will not start. The panel lights are on but it will not start when I push start/resume button. When I push canel it tries to work but doen't cycle like it used to when I would cancel a cycle. I have unplugged the dishwasher and plugged it back in hoping that would help. Nothing. the electronic panel lights up and all lights stay on . The lights are not on full strenth...just a light blue and they don't turn off and some of them flicker. This is the high end kitchenaid dishwasher 3 years old with the controls that are hidden when the door is shut.
