I river X20 power adapter can it be used with a Creative zen mp3

Hello, I have an i river X20 power adapter (Wall charger) with specifications on the packaging being
Iput: 100 -240vac, 0.15A, 50 -60HZ
Output: 5.0Vdc, 1.0A

Can I also use this adapter to charge a " Creative Zen Black Mp3" player.? Both have the same mini usb port.
