I have lost the connection between the SanDisk Sansa Clip and Rhapsody To Go. I do not see the Sansa Icon when I open Rhapsody. I Recently added ZoneAlarm as my Firewall protection.

I contacted the Rhapsody Support team. They directed me to the Control Panel on my PC, then System/Maintenance, then select System, then Device Manager. I found my device listed, then check error code, uninstalled device, shut-down system, restart, went back to Device Manager, click Action, then Scan for hardware changes and just followed the instructions. That did it. Thank you for the followup.

Run the Sansa Recovery Tool from Sandisks' website and start over from scratch. Usually this problem is caused by trying to transfer too many songs at once, but any number of Rhapsody errors could have caused this.

Sansa e260...bad software

Ok, so I feel like an idiot....
The software did in fact get downloaded....the problem was me...(of course!)
I went to Settings on my mp3 player and went to Mode and somehow it had gotten switched from Rhapsody to the PlaysForSure mode. In the PlaysForSure mode it acts like a "normal" mp3 player and will not sync with my Rhapsody software wasn't needed in this mode. After I switched it to the Rhapsody mode everything worked like it was supposed to with my mp3 player.
The Sansa Sandisk e260r is a great little mp3 player. Everytime I've had problems with's been me not understanding it.

I can't put songs on my Sansa Sandisk e250....

Hey to get music onto the Sansa e250R you have to plug the Sansa into the computer. Next go to mycomputer. Then onen ethier sansa or Removable Disk(F:). Then take the songs you want and drag them on to the white space under photos and vidos and all that other files. DO NOT PUT IT IN A FILE.
