Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
My sansa media converter will not allow me to enter it. Every time I click on it, it says sansa has encountered a problem and needs to send an error report.
I had the same problem, where the SMC could recognize my device (i.e., e250) and could add and preview the video material. The SMC would abort as soon I started the conversion process.
This is how I fixed.
1. Uninstall your existing codec (e.g., StormCodec)
2. Install latest kc-lite codec pack (I used standard version)
3. Install QuickTime player
If you do not install the QuickTime player, the SMC may tell you that your Sansa player does not support video playback, even though you know it does.
