An Authorization Code is a unique number assigned to each product you purchase.
- When will I use the authorization code? The only time this number is needed is for order verification or if you want to transfer the license purchased to someone else. NOTE: A license cannot be transferred after a product has been activated.
- The person you will be transferring the license to must create an account on our website.
- Forward the current email address where the product resides, the email address of the account you want the product transferred to, the name of the product being transferred and the product's corresponding authorization code to support@selftestsoftware.com. We will then transfer the license for you.
Where do I find the authorization code? After placing an order with us, you will receive a detailed order confirmation via email. Each product purchased will have a unique authorization code.
How to transfer a license:
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS PROCESS WILL NOT WORK IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED!
What happens if I lose the authorization code? To get another copy of your authorization code, go to the My Account page on our website, click the order history link and choose to email your order confirmation to yourself.
