On the final spin the washing machine is so loud you cant even be in the same room as it, it is not vibrating externally as far as i can tell

Remove rear access panel, and remove the drive belt.
Spin drum by hand, and if it feels rough or noisy, then the main drum bearings have failed, if no noise, then check motor for noise, if no noise, check the concrete wieghts are not loose, and that the dampers are not broken or worn.
