Turn on the printer, tried to print when paper feed started the whole machine made a griding noise and seized up. NO PAPER JAM AMD MAIN LIGHT RED

Hi,
Its better to remove the printer from all the accessories connected to it like cable, power , back tray, cartridge,etc.. then remove all the printer related drivers and softwares from system. now turn on your printer withour connecting to system. then connect to system and put the driver cd in cd drive. Install the driver, restart your system and try printing. he problem would fixed most of the time in this way. I hoep this is useful to you.
