MOBILE PHONE TROUBLES

Hey Georgina, to disable your MMS on your phone please follow these steps:

Go to Settings -> Wireless and Network -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names
Tap on the name of your access point (ex. KPN Internet)
Scroll to the bottom and select APN Type

You will have a screen that shows 3 selections:
1) MMS + Internet
2) Internet
3) MMS

Select Internet, once internet has been selected your MMS Feature will be disabled and you will no longer have to deal with those annoying MMS Conversions.

Need to get mms settings from O2 GO TO WEB SITE or ring them. If you want to do it manualy go to www.filesaveas.com/index.html mobile phones, mms settings, you will find settings for all major UK networks

hi, this is a common problem when you change to a different network all you need to do is contact your new network provider and ask them to send you the correct internet and mms settings they send you these via text message and this will the n update your phone giving you access to what you need.

You can also send these settings to your phone using your providers website as they usually have this settings to send to your phone via their website.

go to the o2 web site and you will be asked to input your mobile number and from there you can request free mms setting which they send you by txt message.Hope this solve your problem.

I know how to get the problem solved for your guys, if you don't mind contact me. You will have to change IMEI number for this phone. Becase the network providers in UK blocked the IMEI nubmers.Contact me by email, i will send you the instruction and Software.

I had the same problem. Im on o2 and found how to manually input the settings at http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/support/using-my-mobile/mms-wap/mms-lgrenoir? go to set up picture messaging yourself. I assume that you can find settngs for any network but this link is for o2. Hope this helps.

contact T Mobile Customer Service and Activate your MMS feature.. It is a feature that your mobile can support but has to be activated by your service provider...They will send you the configuration email on your hand set... try this.

For setting regarding your Mms and wap you need to contact your network customer care only..Please specify ur mobile model so that they will help you out with the settings or any error if u get..thank you!!..

You need to call your service provider and ask them to send you the MMS settings.
They will give you a PIN number and send the settings via a txt msg.
When you receive the txt. select SAVE or INSTALL.
Input the PIN when prompted.

MMS does not always work between networks.
