Puk code remaining 6

We suggest you contact the service provider to confirm the PUK code. To get the PUK code you need to provide the 20 digit sim number to the service provider.
Once you get the PUK code number from the service provider, you need to enter the PUK code and enter the new pin code as 0000.

Hi,

PUK refers to Personal Unblocking Key. This is a Code which is offered only by Service Provider. There is NO charge. Call up the service provider and ask for the same and they would be glad to offer that.

Note - If you enter 3 incorrect PUK codes, SIM would be permanently damaged.
