I defrosted kenmore upright freezer, found one of the freon lines peeling here and there on one side, is this a problem? there is not a chemical smell but the line doesn't look right

What is peeling? It's thelight plastic coating that helps aestetics of the fridge, basically camofaging the tubing. It is nothing toworry abot.
