In the English language there are capital letters, and punctuation.

These were brought out to make sense, of a sentence.

How about coming back in a Comment, and using them; try to form a sentence that can be understood?

What I read;
A) Norton Anti-Virus program has run out

The rest is anybody's guess.

Post back in a Comment.

You can download the program from Norton website and can get the activation key from your account on Symantec website. You can login to your account using the email address which you provided during initial registration.

Hi,

Try to boot your system in safe mode by pressing F8. Try to uninstall anti virus. Press Start>Run>Regedit> Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Delete all values of Norton Antivirus and reboot your system. Hope this will work, otherwise new windows installation will resolve this issue.

My pc has a problem

You didn't mention what os you are using xp or vista. What software are you talking about that it came with? also Norton Anti virus is known to cause problems with windows restore. So taking a wild guess check out these steps

Many users have found that Norton 2006 and later, has been responsible for this error message. It seems there is a security feature in place that prevents outside programs from making system changes that would change Norton's files. To work around this issue, follow these instructions:

<>Temporarily shut down Norton:
  1. Start Norton
  2. Select Options>> Norton Anti-Virus
  3. Select Miscellaneous from the right pane
  4. Scroll down the right pane and locate "How to protect my product"
  5. Uncheck the box titled: Turn protection on for my Symantec product
  6. Click OK
<>Run System Restore:
  1. Go to Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> System Tools>> System Restore.
  2. Select the option: Restore my computer to an earlier time.
  3. Select a restore point to restore back to.
  4. Click OK
The restore operation will now start. Restart Windows when completed.

<>Turn Norton back on:
  1. Start Norton
  2. Select Options>> Norton Anti-Virus
  3. Select Miscellaneous from the right pane
  4. Scroll down the right pane and locate "How to protect my product"
  5. Check the box titled: Turn protection on for my Symantec product
  6. Click OK
If you do not have Norton installed on your system and you receive the subject message, your Restore Points may have become corrupt. You will need to delete all previous restore points and create a new one. Here's how:
Note: Using this method will remove any possibilities of restoring your system to a previous time. You will need to find a solution to your original problem manually.
  1. Go to Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> System Tools>> System Restore
  2. Select System Restore Settings from the left
  3. Place a checkmark in the checkbox titled: "Turn Off System Restore". By turning off system restore, you are deleting ALL restore points.
  4. Go back to System Restore and select the option "Create a Restore Point".
System Restore should function normally at this point.

Norton anti-virus

YES IMHO, GET RID OF NORTON! IT IS YOUR MAIN PROBLEM! I HAVE NEVER LIKED NORTON AND HAVE HAD MORE PROBLEMS WITH NORTON THAN ANY OTHER VIRUS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS COMBINED! I DO THIS ON AN EXPERT LEVEL AND HAVE TAUGHT COMPUTER I.T. AND THIS PRODUCT WILL CAUSE HAVOC WITH YOUR COMPUTER BY BLOCKING PROGRAMS YOU WANT TO USE AND PROGRAMS YOU WANT TO DOWNLOAD. HAVE YOU THOUGHT OF USING AVG? IT IS A STRONG PROGRAM AND FREE TO USE AND NOT A PAIN TO USE AND HAS EVERY BIT AS MANY FEATURES AS NORTON. THIS IS JUST MY PERSONNAL OPINION, BUT I THINK YOU WILL HAVE A MUCH EASIER LIFE WITHOUT NORTON. IF I CAN HELP FURTHER JUST REPLY TO: ARCLIGHT1217

i think you have a damage/corrupted anti-virus dll (navprod.dll) norton anti-virus.

if you cannot enter your OS normaly try entering via safemode....and uninstall your norton anti-virus.

let me know if this fixed it.
