Check whether you have configured the Internet Connection Settings properly or not. If you have correctly configured the IP & DNS Server address, then check whether any proxy has been configured unknowingly. If you still find some problem contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the rectification.

Good day. The first thing you must do, is call your network provider. Then ask for configuration settings of your phone model Nokia 3110. Once they got your concern, the operator will send you the configuration setting for internet thru text message. If receive, save and set as default setting for gprs. It takes time to connect to internet. Press hold the "0" to run test if your phone work for internet connection. Make sure your mobile number can able to call, sometimes if you do not have load you cannot connect to the net. Insufficient balance is not allowed to perform internet connection. Thanks

Your internet connection is activated only in handset u can brouwse and download only from your handset u can not connect ur internet with PC by ur handset. Getting my internet explorer to work?

Hi

Thank you for your query

The reason that you are getting this message is because internet explorer (IE) is looking at your LAN connection as the default connection.

to change this and to point it towards your dial up please do the following

1) click Start>Control Panel>Internet Options
2) In the internet options window click on the tab that says connections
3) half way down the page there will be a option that says 'always dial my default connection' put a dot in that box
4) Click apply/OK and next time you click on IE your dial up box will come up andask you to connect
