how do I access the timer switch on a GE electric dryer model # BSR463e63W in order to replace it?

All ge washer timer is access by taking the four screws off at the top of the background. Sometimes there is six on some models. General there is four. Pull the back gaurd out and you should have access to the timer. A warning unplug the washer before doing this, you can get a shock.
