Unplug the VCR, take the cover off, find the motor (probably on the right side of the mechanism) and turn its shaft with your fingers until you have run the tape back out. Now plug it back in and try it again with a scarificial tape. If it continues to fail, replace all the rubber belts in the mechanism.
Hope ya fix it!

I have a panasonic nv-hd640 i can't eject tape, when i try to eject give me a error f06 and turn off the video thank you

You have a K-Deck model there's lots of information on the net about these so check it out.
Meanwhile F06 means that the mechanism is locking up (getting stuck) after unloading the tape. The cause of which is either something to do with the loading motor or the carriage (where the tape fits) alignment.
Just type "Panasonic K-Deck Mechansim" into Google for the information.

Tape Stuck

I've checked the entire user manual which notes problems like this need to be referred to authorized service personnel. Myself, I would unplug the entire unit, put it on a kitchen table using a phillips (cross-tip) screwdriver to remove the top metal shell. Remove at least 2 screws each side and 2-5 rear screws securing the top. Nothing like peering inside to see what is causing the VCR to get stuck and help remove it. No release pinhole or tape freeing ejector will work if the unit's tape is tightly wound around some internal object or the tape is stuck because something foreign is inside the unit. Please could you advise my Panasonic video recorder has a F06 error code and the cassette is stuck is there anything I can do?

You appear to have a K-deck mechanism. F06 means mechanism locks during unloading. The cause of which is the load motor and the carriage alignment. Which might explain the stuck cassette. If you look around the net for "Panasonic K Mech" you should find a load of free service information on it.

Panasonic VCR has F06 code

You appear to have a K Mech model. F06 is the code for the mechanism locking after unload. The cause being something to do with the loading motor or the way the carriage is aligned.

Do you know why the tape was stuck? How did you get it out? On most vcr's there's a mode switch connected to the mechanics of the vcr. If the mode switch isn't in stop position, the unit will try to get it there and shut off if it can't. Bad belts, bad idler wheel, dirty mode switch, mechanical timing off (maybe due to forcing a stuck tape out?)... all these can cause this.
