The best course of action, if the dvd drawer will not open, is to either remove the case and dis assemble the dvd drive to retrieve your dvd or otherwise u can take it to a authorised sharp agent and they can retrieve it for you, keeping in mind the problem reported you have caused, so u will pay for repairs in a normal cicumstance, as they do not cover mistakes like this.
